How to check yor ratings if you are on Mozilla Firefox

if you want to check your ratings and you r on Firefox, you put your mouse over the star and then right click on properties, it tell you what you have out of hunderd, but i m not sure what hte % is really for,i had 60% today what does that mean? can some on explain this to me please.....thank you...
