Earnings are transferred into your nominated paypal account automatically by the 15th of the month. You do however need to meet your minimum payout amount. This is best set at the lowest amount of $10. So for example, whatever you earn by the 28th of February that is over $10, you will be paid by next month, March the 15th. :) Good luck.

Mylot does this automatically. Around the fifteenth of each month they pay for the month before. This month's payment was early, but I hear it's usually around the fifteenth. There isn't a charge for getting your money sent to paypal that I can see. I got exactly how much it showed for my previous month's earnings. Welcome to mylot, and good luck!
