You kids got long hair heres some tips

Just thought i'd share a tip that i use for my daughters hair, she has very long fine hair, you only need to blow it for it to tangle, the save the screams and tantrams in the morning i always put here hair in a plait at night, i also spend a fortune on buying them detangler stray in conditoners, hold right there the hair dresser gave me a fab tip the other day, put a bit of your normal conditioner in a spray bottle and fill with water....instant detangle spray at little price.
Also another good thing to know is if your kid gets nits from school and after you have spent hours with that silly comb and disgusting smelly lotions, all the find you still have the eggs clinging to the hair, tab a bit of vinegar where the eggs are they slide off

Thank you for the ideas.....another great tip for removing nits is to cover the hair in the real cheap 'dollar store' hair gel....wrap saran wrap around the head for at least 3 hours and than wash and comb.....they live nits will suffocate and the 'clingy' ones will slide off the hair....

Brilliant tips thank for that, last summer my daughter caught me took me weeks to get all the nits and eggs out, all to realise that the child she was playing with the mother refused to treated her childs hair !!! I was getting so depressed with the situation i was very tempted to have my little girls hair cut short, i will remember your tip for future reference

You're welcome!I take to all the tips I can find when it comes to my daughters long hair.....I had the same problem and after confronting her about it a few times and still nothing was done,I called the health department and had them come out and help her

when the kids went back to school after the summer holidays i called the school board down, upon which the little girl was removed from school til it had cleared up, i just felt so sorry for the little girl, as i remember as a kid how much that itches, just cant understand the mental point of view why theses parents did'nt treat their child, and they had been told by numerous mums
