How do you earn in WEALTHTOOLBOX?

I came across this site wealthtoolbox.com. I am totally clueless about it. I cannot find any other information about how one can earn in this site or what should be done to increase earnings aside of course from referrals. Do you have any idea about this?

Wealthtoolbox is like an investment website. but you don't have to invest any money. The amount of money goes up and down, just like an investment would. I think the only way you can make more money, fast is by using referreals. I don't like the fact that you have to wait two years to get paid from it. That seems alittle odd to me.
