It sounds like you do not like your self very much if you are afaird to be a lone or away from your love then you must have a trust issue. Everyone has a fear of being alone. But sometimes being alone you can see how the world goes. Fears and insecurities of life are a natural fear. Over coming them is another matter all together. Love one's self first then you can over come all most anything you need to. Having a good relationship with your self and your friends and family is a good place to start. Remember you we all had to learn to crawl before we could walked take it slow. Keep your head up.Don't sink when you can swim.

well i got the same fear of losing my love. thats the only fear which keeps on biting me every time . and i nkow there is no permanent solution for this unless i get marry with her,. and it really do effect on everything of my life. i always wish that i get away from this fear and concentrate on other things but its really not easy. I have a fear of deep water. Not like deep pool water. I love swimming! :-) My fear is more of the fear of not being able to see what is around me. And the deep water that I am afraid of is usually water that I cannot see the bottom of. A lot of lakes and oceans have plants and whatnot on the bottom and most of the time the water is murky. Well, at least where I am. And I am just terrified of deep dark water.
