How to make a blog

I was interested in creating my own blog. It seems like everybody has one and I want to see what its all about. Im not sure what it will be about yet. Any suggestions on where to get a free blog website, and how to go about creating one?

Another good free one is at http://www.blogger.com free to use and they have a bunch of different templates to choose from.

I can recommend LiveJournal. It doesn't cost and is easy to use.
