Weekly gym workout

hi, i workout at the gym once a week. appreciate advice on what is a good overall workout. btw, it would be nice to have some tips on training for a broader shoulder. thanks

yes, maybe u can help write some plan for me. here's what i normally do legs - 4 sets of squads & 4 sets of leg extension chest - 4 sets of dumbell press & 4 sets of cross cable shoulders - 4 sets of seated press & 4 sets of reverse flys biceps - 4 sets of dumdell curls triceps - 4 sets of pushdown extension abs - 4 sets of leg raise
