Do you watch "Man vs. Wild" on the Discovery Channel?

I love the show but I am little turned off by the fact that he has a fully equipped camera crew that follows him around when he is supposed to be "surviving" on his own skills and means. There are some other similar shows on Discovery, I think one is called Survivorman, where the host is by himself and records his own survival experience. Aren't these shows so entertaining?

I have to say that i agree that i am not believing that the crew doesn't help him. If he did all off this stuff alone how would he get a good shot of him climbing or jumping. What i wish is that is was a crew of him and one more person, and they switched off who was filming. Another thing i don't like is he never shows you how to make a fire without a flint, which most tourists don't carry.
