Can you believe the ongoing underpass construction at QC Hall and QC Circle

I cannot believe the traffic this underpass has caused regular commuters in the QC Circle area. I just hope that it really does some good to the QC Community. I cannot imagine how much it costs and how much corrupt officials got from making this project. I think it's not necessarily needed specially after they have already constructed a pedestrian overpass going to QC Circle near Commonwealth Avenue. I cannot imagine the need for another pedestrian pass. Some people say it will just be another haven for criminals. Peeps from Quezon City, specially those that are affected by this whole thing. What do you think?
