since the beginning of cellphones, you had to txt in much easier way, for e.g the spelling instead of rightyou spell it ryt and so many other words...but what have you noticed?? Sometimes i forgot the real spelling and stick with the wrong one.. Does your spelling or your grammar improved or not??

I'm very confident that texting doesn't affect my grammar and spelling. But until there's this case that happenned to me. One time my niece is asking me to teach her to write the summary of the story which is their assignment. I started to write after the writing i've noticed that some of the words that i used are the words like when i'm texting. I only laughed about it!

I usually spell most things out unless I am text messaging someone. That is so hard as it is. Its so much easier to spell you with a u or your as ur. When I chat on line on my computer I spell them out. I have noticed a couple of things I shorten. One is probably I spell it prolly....and I also use the shortened version for laugh out loud. LOL. Some times I tease people who say something like dis for this, and sup for whats up. But its only the ones who annoy me to begin with. lol

your grammar wont be affected if you use those words in informal texting, like you do to your friends. but b sure to give the right spelling when texting someone who is not your friend or someone you dont know much.
