Are you "house-hunting"? It can be so aggrivating!!

I always thought that when I grew up I would have so much fun looking and trying to find a house to buy. In reality, it's so difficult and surprisingly annoying (when you consider some of the morons you come across when you are ready to spend so much money). Any advice to be sane during this adventure?
