Computer Games! Good or Bad for Children?

Nowadays children from all over the world gets crazy with computer games, online or not online. Here in our country, we make sure that computer shops are far from schools because most of the times students spends most of their time in the computer shops playing games instead of going to school. I am getting scared that this games eats away our children. They are more focus to it now that they neglecting their studies and some more important things that they need to learn in growing up. I do not know if parents are aware of the effects of this hobby to their children. You? What can you say, is it bad or good for children?
