my brother has a lot of pimples in his face..i think he also has in his back...he had tried some different products to control it but still nothing happened....what should be the best cure to it???

I also had the same problem and no over the counter product was able to rid me of my pimples. The best cure that really worked for me that cleared all those pimples away is lemon juice. I squeeze the juice of 20-30 pieces of lemon everyday and drink them pure. It's hard do drink straight at first but i got the hang of it. I also rub some lemon on my face and back since it's one of the best natural anti-bacterial, exfoliating and whitening agent that nature has to offer.

i think he should drink lots of water and eat more fruits and veggies. He can also try using witch hazel toner. if all else fail i think its best to consult a good dermatologist
