Weight watchers experiences?

Has anyone ever tried weight watchers? I am new to it and would appreciate any tips/advice. Favorite recipes? Do you exercise as well?. How does the exercisng affect your weight loss? Thanks!

I tried Weight Watchers last year. I bought the at home kit because I didn't feel comfortable going to the meetings. I lost six pounds my first week, and I would have continued to lose, but I kept gettig off track. I would have a huge meal one day and I would call it quits for that week. Then I woudl say to myself, well since I ruined it by what I ate wednesday, I'll start again Monday. I kept coming up with excuses not to just start that day. My best advice is to stick with it. Even if you have a bad meal, thats what the allowance points are for. Excercise at least three times a week. The weeks that I did stick with it, I excercised at least 4 times and trust me, I got results! Good luck!!
