Yes buddy, if you really loves him so you should go ahead without any fear to tell him that i really love you and he should (if he loves you) give you the response either yes or no, so that you can make your decision there and that too a good one, don't spoil your life as life is precious and it is not the only stop where you will end your life so live your life freely and find a good love for you but before doing that as well inquire each and everything so that you will not get into this position again (God Forbid). there isnt really much more you can do if he knows you like him and he says he wants to be friends you have to accept that. and just hope one day he comes around but dont stop your life waiting on him. And he just better hope if he does come around it wont be too late for him. But good luck i hope it works out.

i feel u got to start stay a bit away from his life...start avoiding him...don't show that u care for him, or love him, show him that you're not concerned....start staying away from him...and make him feel jealous...i feel this will make him realize what's your importance in his life....i hope this can help you out

do you assume that he just want to be friends? may be you dont express your feelings because you feel/assume he doesn't want you as a lover. If you already expressed your feelings and still if he says just friends than give your love to some one else.
