does tan lotion realy work?i heard its not soo good any experiences?pls share

well i dont know what made me decide this but sudenly i want to try using tan lotion so i can get a good tan but some people told me its not good because if im not carefull to put equal parts of it on my body i can getdiferent colors...anyway how long does it last does it look like real tan?

You can get allot of self tanning lotions that are on the market, but I personally, will go to a salon, these days they spray it on with an airbrush, but seeing that that is quite expensive, go with the brands that you can buy from your local chemist or retail store. Read the instructions!, and exfoliate that is the key here, to get rid of old skin cells. Then what I will suggest is apply it with latex gloves to protect your hands. And better make amends with your sister and ask her to put it on for you, that way if it comes out bad you can give her a very legit smack:))))
