Sleep between 10pm to 2pm is best

Do you agree? I know there are so-called night owls and morning persons. I am basically a night owl, but I have made a complete reversal only about a month or so ago. I learned that between 10pm and 2pm is when the body rejuvenates itself. If this is so, how would making sure you are asleep during these hours impact on your own normal routine? I realize that in this modern days, people are staying up longer into the night.

Wow, how interesting.... I didn't know that sleeping between 10 pm and 2 pm the body rejuvenates itself. I think to need to rejuvenate my body :) and so I should change everything, because I'm use to sleep from 2,00 on. I could try, but it isn't true, because I have to do during the hours I should sleep.
