I recently asked my son's preschool teacher if I could attend his class. It says right in the regulations info given to me that "parents are welcome to visit at any time." I happen to mention that we are attached because I still nurse him. He's 3 years old. Well it was a mistake that I said this because she told me that was so unhealthy. I let it go in one ear and out the other until today. Well I also revealed that I am battling recurrent breast cancer in my spine and that my family is going through a lot. Of course I shared this with her during another conversation once again asking if I could attend his class. Well today she sent Child Protective Services to my home claiming that I'm nursing my son during chemotherapy treatments. which I am not currently undergoing treatments but still what are my rights? Also, she gives me a hassle everytime I ask to attend my son's 2 hour class.
