Should i move to holland?

Ok i've got rather a big decision to make and was wondering if anyone out there can offer me some advice. I currently live (with my wife) and work in the UK but have been offered a job in Eindhoven, in Holland and am unsure wheather to accept it or not. Can anyone tell me what it is like to live in holland, whats the qualtiy of life like, from what i can see the price of living is quite high so what does anyone think a reasonable salary would be. I'd also like to know about relocating to another country, has anyone reading this done it before. What are reasonable things to ask for assistance with. Should i expect them to help find me somewhere to live, give my wife advie on finding work? I would really like to hear the opinon of anyone who's relocated abroad or lives (or has lived) in holland. please give me your thoughts and advice.
