Is it just me or are schools getting more lenient with the way teen girls dress?I have been appalled at how some of these girls dress for school with such short skirts and other skimpy attire.I am not trying to mean but it just concerns me the way teen girls are allowed to dress with all these perverts out there. I was shown a pic of my 14 year old neice in her homecoming dance dress and it was so short it barely covered her underwear and the v shaped neckline literally went half way down to her belly .I can't believe schools allows these girls to dress this way and furthermore what is wrong with parents letting their girls go around half naked.Am I the only one that sees the danger in this?

i am agree with your views that some of the prestigious schools management are not taking serious steps to curb them. my opinion is there must be proper dress for girls who are under the age of 15-18 and studying in class 8-10. there must be ban on mini skirts which provokes. some parents should take steps towards this issues and should discuss with the school authority. we should keep in mind that we are not selling or medelling our dress, our motto is to gain our target / achievement.

I am certainly in agreement with you. Unfortunately I can't see parents dealing with this as there are too many who allow their children to wear anything or do what ever they want as long as they aen't bothering them. And mini skirts should definatley be banned in schools as well as mid riff baring shirts, plunging necklines.Kids are going to school to learn not to make a fashion statement

I know what you mean. I know alot of girls that tend to dress that way nowadays. I have an 18 yearold sister and she goes to a catholic school, and she wears clothing to how your describing it. I know her school enforces certain rules so it can't get too out of hand. And when I was in highschool about 7 years ago, they enforced it regugarly. Measuring the bottom of their skirts to their waist, even sometimes bringing out a ruler to do it. It got intense sometimes, with all the rules for dress codes.

If my neice had her skirts measured she would really be in the deep stuff!I have been accused of being old fashioned.I don't see it that way.I don't expect girls to walk around with shirts up to their necks or skirts down to their ankles, but there are ways for a girl to show off her assets without dressing like a streetwalker.I used to do it all the time when i was younger-a long time ago lol.

Some schools are like that mine were very hard on students. They could be fully covered up and school officials got on their case if it just looked sexy. But even though their is some danger. It would be better to wear that at school, infront of boys her age with teachers watching whats going on. Then out in the street infront of grown perverted men.

I wish all schools were a little more strict. These girls don't realize what danger they are putting themselves in.It may have been better for her to dress like with teachers around but she's only 14 and doesn't need to be dressing like that and second, she she dresses that way all the time ,not just for dances and that really has me worried.
