I really dig on Rappelz. The just released Epic 5, which I haven't had a chance to play, but the graphics are really good and I enjoy it!

There Is Guild Wars. No monthly subscription and Archlord. The only cost is purchasing the game itself, I like playing mmorpg without monthly subscriptions. I dont think there are alot out there or at least not really good ones. Maple Story is awesome too. I just reinstalled that again. I did spend money on maple story getting a pet. I think its worth it for playing hours free.
