There are many pures in the runescape world Strength pure, range pure, mage pure, defence pure, dds pure and so on. Well i am here to teach you how to make a strength pure. If this is your first account or main then i wouldn's suggest you make it a pure. The first thing you need to do is switch over a iron, steel,black,mith,add,and rune scimmy to your new pures account.Also give him/her a few sets of full iron. Also give him about 100k to start off with. After he/she has all that it is time for food i suggest giving him about 500 tuna for the training and 1k lobbies for wen he actually pk's. Step 1 equip you full iron and iron scimmy and bring about 10 tuna. go to the chicken pen located accros the rive and up a little bit. kill chickens till you have about 5 attack and 10 strength Step 2 Now equip your steel scimmy and go over to the cows and train your att ack and strength to 20 and equpi your mith scimmy. Step 3 You do not need any food for this part of the training go to fally and up to the monestary and train on monks till you have 35 att and str Step 4 Go over to barbarian village and kill barbs until 40 att and weild your rune scimmy and train your str till lv 40 then train your stregth to the desired lv in varrock sewers on skeletons .
