Yes , in my opinion they should be allowed . I don't believe anyone should have the right to judge someone else based on who they like . They are not hurting anyone and I can't figure out why it is such a big issue with the church and all as they say that God does not agree with this , but who really knows this , who ever really spoke with God to know this . The bible was wrote by someone but I don't believe God was the one who sat down and wrote it , so that excuse is no good either .
