How often do you get a headache?

I tend to get a lot of headaches in the summer. They're usually sinus headaches caused by the changes in the temperature and they can drag on for days. I've been getting a lot of migraines lately but I know they are caused by the birth control pill so I'll be getting a tubal ligation done in a few weeks and then I can put a stop to that! lol

lately I have been getting a lot of them, however, I think I have a sinus infection. Usually when I start getting headaches, it is from that.

I have been doing good lately as I only get a couple a week now . I was having one every single day and was always in pain . I suffer from chronic headache syndrome , or at least that is what the specialist I saw told me . They ended up given me two Cortizone shots in the back of my head (which really hurt ) , and they put me on a pill I have to take every night before I go to bed . I suffer from migraines and tension headaches . I know some of the triggers that will make one worse when I get one but don't know the cause for all of them . I know if I get too excited over something or upset about something it will bring on an instant headache . But they have also found out that my blood pressure ( which has always been high ) was probably one of the factors in causing so many headaches , so now I am being treated for that also . If they are really bothersome you should try talking with your doctor . The pill I take every night before bed is something used to treat a lot of problems and is non addictive and in no way can impair your life , it is used to treat persistent problems . Best of luck !!
