In Bulgaria, we have special bookstores that sell cheap textbooks second-hand. I don't know how's that with you, but you can also check the internet (are you looking for english textbooks?).

It pretty much depends on where you live; I know a lot of Dutch sites that sell cheap textbooks but this only applies if you are from Holland too which I guess you are not. There are stores that sell second hand college textbooks, most of the time it's a small department in one of the regular larger bookshops. They are about 30% or even more % cheaper than new textbooks depending on which state they are in. Other students are still the easiest, quickest and most likely cheapest way to get your books though... good luck getting some good tips!

The best way to get cheap textbooks is to use a price comparison site. And the best book price comparison site out there is www.wecomparebooks.com
