This is a wonderful course. I have gone through the Basic Course Part I. It is a excellent stress buster. You feel so energetic that your mind will be flying in air happily. This course is spread into 6 days tuesday to sunday. Pranayama, yoga sudharshana kriya willbe taught in this course. Those who are living the stressful life, please do this course,I bet, you will never repent.
