i want users only to view eachothers personal calendars using outlook web access

currently, to view team member 1's calendar, in OWA, you have to grant team member 2 full access to team member 1's mailbox, via active directory (windows 2003 server with exchange 2003 server). but this gives team member 2 at least read access to all team member 1's mailbox, tasks and other folders. How do i give team member 2 acces ONLY to team member 1's calendar.
