sibling doing drugs?

what would you do if you found out that your younger sibling was doing drugs? would you tell your parents straight away or would you rather have a talk with your younger sibling first? what approach would you adopt to help your sibling?

As hard as it may be, and as much as you might feel like you are betraying your sibling i would have to tell my parents, i wouldn't be able to live with myself if something fatal happened and i hadn't done anything about it, obviously they would need more help than i am able to give them
