Local or bus?

both local train and BEST buses r the lifeline of mumbai. cant imagine the havoc dats created when one of them is not functioning. i agree with most of the ppl here. it all depends on the area and distance of ur journey. i wud rather perfer the local train for a longer journey and da bus for a shorter one

It Depends on the area, where u r. but i would prefer bus, coz the locals are overcrowded and a single mistake can take ur life. though buses go slow but by bus we can reach home safely. anyways once again i would like to say it depends on the location to take bus or local good luck happy journey.

oh! its a tough question. i can't go to office in bus, i don't prefer locals due to its crowd. but when travelling in the afternoon or when the crowd is much less then i prefer locals.

i mostly go to my office via local only... no bus ...bus consumes too much time for reaching any place....

i think that it depends on the place and route you wanna go. for some routes even the most crowded local is more convenient where as for other routes only a BEST bus is best suited. where the route is such, that both the local and the bus are eqally convenient , than i think local is abetter choice because it is less polluting atmosphere.

depends on the place I have to reach... if the destination is reachable by both I would prefer trains... fast, pollutionless, ... one would point out the rush... ya sure one gets used to that in a few days...
