Dejavuh from a sound or smell?

This happens to me all the time. I am walking down a street or driving in my car and either I hear a song or a sound that reminds me of something instantly, or I smell something that reminds me of something else. For example I bought a cd by "Three Doors Down" some time ago, and I popped it into the cd player and liked it. Later that week me and my girlfriend broke up and I was still listening to that cd. Now everytime I hear that cd I think of my girlfriend and how we broke up. This happened a long time ago so it doesn't effect me anymore, but the memory is still their everytime I hear a song off of that cd. Sometimes I smell something that reminds me of an earlier time in my life as well. For example I just went to my mothers house the other day for my sisters birthday and their was this nice smell about the place. I couldn't tell you what it smelled like, it was from one of those candles I think. But the smell immediately brought back memories of an earlier time in my life when something happened to me and that smell was present at the same time. Interesting how your brain works isn't it? What smells, songs, or sounds remind you of an earlier time in your life?
