a lot of sleep makes you fat?

is it true that if you sleep more in a day you will get fatter?

No I'm sorry you have that backwards. Lots of sleep does not make you fat (unless of course you eat lots of food each time you are going to sleep). LACK of sleep throws your metabolism off and causes weight gain.

depends on what you eat before you sleep or when you go to sleep after you eat

somehow , yes because your body is rested and you do not have any activity so the muscles are not contracted. so, everything is loosely relaxed and the minerals and nutrients just simply goes to where it should and not being used but as soon as you do your daily grind , it will all come back soon.

no, but just the fact you don't burn more calories when you sleep, cause your not moving!

well in a way. During the day you're suppost to be moving around a lot so you can actually use those calories as energy to get you through the day. If you're sleeping then you arent moving.

I guess if you eat more and sleep a lot with less exercise
