Without putting the blame on eBay,I found there were some good buys out there but that some people were dishonest.I ALWAYS look carefully at the shipping costs because some people apply shipping AND handling charges thus bring up the total cost to much more than the product is worth!My g/f does alot of purchasing on eBay and by following the rule about shipping,we have yet to be scammed by the few dishonest people out there.Most people are willing to work with you.

Ebay is full of great sellers. I sell fulltime there myself. The most scamming seems to happen in electronics. For this reason, I don't buy any expensive electronics on Ebay and never will. I do love Ebay though and buy there almost daily. The majority of people are honest and have great prices. I've gotten parrot toys valued at $20 for a penny a few times!

i think they are low in prices, i try to compare things,and they are low so far. but i do not buy online, i just window shopping on e-bay.hahahaha. i use cash in shopping, i don't have card and i am not going to use card.

Ebay is great for both buyer and seller. Easy way to find what you are looking for and easy way to get rid of some stuff you no longer need. I have bought off ebay before.

I absolutely love ebay. I buy way more than I sell. You have to be very careful and know the value of what you're looking for. Make sure you find out any shipping and insurance charges before determining how high you're willing to bid. Dont bid on the first item you see that you want, there may be a cheaper or better one. And always check the sellers rating and comments. I have been scammed once. The first time was my fault because the seller was new and had no feedback yet. Needless to say she never even shipped the jacket I bought and would not respond. Luckily I used my credit card on paypal and they reimbursed me. The second was more recently and not my fault. I found a beautiful dress on ebay. The seller was named in a book I recently read, had a high feedback score and the negative feedback was mostly about shipping time. The dress I received was a horrible fake. It was not even the same material or designed properly. I currently have a claim in with paypal and will hopefully get my money back.

Ebay is a good site. I buy and sell on ebay. Ebay is like life, you do find some scammers, but ebay also has lots of honest people. Just like mylot, most people are friendly, but sometimes you do run into some not so friendly people.

I have had store on Ebay for a couple of years now and have not had a problem. Following the rules and utilizing the Ebay authorities help to smooth rough waters. I don't buy from lower percentage people and do tend to check out the sellers before a purchase. I love Ebay and they tend to the fake emails that I get very well. Just be careful and buy beware etc and you should have a grand time with Ebay.

I have never used it yet. I have not take the rest to care about it yet... But my brother use it regularly, he sells CDs, DVDs, books, and he also buys parfume, books, and many different things. So I know I should check it, because it must be a good possibility to sell what I do not need... and earn a little money :)

I think overall ebay is a terrific site for both buyers and sellers, and a place where you can find great deals. As with any online site there are going to be scammers and ebay has both seller and buyer scammers. eBay does do a pretty good job of dealing with the scammers and removing them from the site, but it takes the help of the honest ebayers to let ebay know about the scammers. I have never been scammed as a buyer because I take the initiative to fully read the policies in the listing, find out the shipping cost, read the sellers feedback, and email the seller with any questions before I bid. I have only been scammed once as a seller, well I wasn't really scammed because I was too smart to fall for their scam, but it did take me about a wekk to be able to relist the item. It was partially my fault because I didn't protect myself by making payment required immediately. What it boils down to for both buyers and sellers is doing some research of the person you are dealing with, emailing to ask any questions before bidding, and communicating once the acution is over. If you do that then you should have great experiences with eBay.

Low prices on a few things, scammers once but overall my experience with ebay has been good!

Ebay was a site with cheap thing some years ago and there good products.Now the products have the some prices of the shops so in my opinion is becoming only a trading side like the most of other sites.
