is it a kind of discrimination

as a job hunter,i found most organizations have their own requirements for the minimum qualifications of candidates,sometimes i feel it likes a discrimination, what do you think

I think it is the same the world over. I feel that if you can prove that you have the ability to do the job in a professional manner then you should be given the job. Sometimes those who are qualified may not be as capable at doing the job as those who already have the experience.

yeah, i haven't see any company that didn't have any discrimination, altho some minimal, but they do exist.. maybe because HR/recruitment people are still human beings. and accdg to psychology all human are subjective.. just try to be pleasing and professional, + skills, im sure you'll get a good job despite of the discrimination or subjectiveness of the recruitment people.
