My son is a picky eater and doesn't like to eat vegetables. I don't think he is getting enough nutrients because he's not eating any veges. What would you recommend for a 4 year old?

Well, my 2yr old daughter is fond of eating any food she likes..She loves eating veges too..Also, she's taking 2 vitamins everyday, it's vitamin C (ascorbic acid) and nutroplex for brain and it has iron too.. I think, your son needs to drink milk, dont let him eat junk foods or snacks before meal coz it's lessen his appetite, about vitamins, he needs a vitamin that he makes him crave for a food..Here we have clusivol, and i think you have vitamins that has the same action..

We have a four year old who's equally as picky. About the only thing we can get him to eat that's a veggie are green beans and peas. Anything else is snarled at! But we use the flintstones vitamins for him, and he loves them. Although we do wait and check his mouth afterwards to make sure he's not hiding it to spit it out. four year olds are sneaky like that!

The overwhelming choice seems to be Flintsone vitamin. My only concern is that you keep the gummy vitamins out of their reach. It can easily be mistaken for everyday candy. Lloyd

My daughter is the same - despite being weaned on lovely fresh organic vegetables and fish - she's now going through the stage where all she'll eat is chicken and chips! Anyway, I'm in England and we don't have Flintstones vitamins but they sound very much like the ones I give my daughter every day (thankfully she loves them). They're Seven Seas or Sanatogen fruit multi-vitamin gums - no trouble giving them to her at all. I did try giving her the fruity ones which also had omega 3 fish oils in them but she sussed them out immediately and refused to take them. So it's the just ordinary multi-vit gums I mentioned above - she seems very healthy despite being a picky eater so they must be doing something.
