Dream interpretation on snakes

Lately, I was dreaming about snakes. In my dream, I shouted a lot so hard because I saw a brown snake crawling on the floor at our house. I asked for help from my parents but it was too late because the snake bit my left leg below the knee part. I tried to stand up and walk towards my mom. I let her see the snake bite and asked her to bring me to the nearest hospital. When we got there, we weren't entertained and suddenly I saw her gone. I stayed in one corner and then my sister arrived. She did the first aid thing wherein she bit the sucked the part where i was bitten and sucked the venom with her mouth. I felt relieved but my sister looked so pale that she was almost dying. I hate this story and I wonder if someone out there could help me interpret this dream I had. Some of my friends told me that when you dream about snakes,it is something negative. But others say, it is luck! now, which is which?

On what i have known, when you dream of snakes, it has some positive meaning. But since you were bitten by a snake, I'm afraid that entails something that's negative. According to my uncle, they believed that if ever a snake bites at you in your dream, it's a sign of betrayal. And since the people around is your family, it may be that one of them will betray you or one of them will be betrayed by you. But I'm not that sure,ok? This is just based on what i know. Hope it still helps.

Dreaming of snakes are usually interpreted as something negative, such that some person around you are ruthless and can't be trusted. Another nega thing is that dreams of snakes biting you might symbolize hidden worries and fears that are threatening you, or it could be some dangerous and forbidden sexuality. But if you try look at it on the brighter side, dreaming of snakes may symbolize wisdom, knowledge, and transformation, thus indicating some positive changes and self-renewal... wish it helps... :)
