Do you know if a baby below 6 months is fed with excess quantity of carrots(off course cooked) it can increase quantity of nitrate in his stomach and may result fatal?

Omg I didn't know this . I know when my children were little they ate a lot of peas but that was only because they preferred the peas to the carrots but they still had a fair amount of carrots and no one told me this could be dangerous for my children . But it is the same as strawberries , they say a child should not have strawberries til they are at least two yet they sell in on the market to buy in baby food jars. I told my public health nurse about this and she was going to check it out as she said it was dangerous for a child to have under the age of two .
