what is the best form of business for a starter?

There are various options like sole-proprietorship, Partnership, corporations.What is the best form of business for a starter and why?

Well it mostly depends on the type of the business and what you prefer to give up, like do you want to pay less tax but being more exposed to liability? and so on. However as far as I'm concerned I would say LLC is the best form, because it's similar to Inc but with less cost to initiate and easier to mentain. There will no personal liability and shareholders meeting and voting like in the Inc. but you will still have the same features that Inc does have.
