Hi bmohan, First of all you need to specify your needs and requirement and also the range/cost that you are willing to pay upto. As these are the main factor in deciding what mobile would be best to buy for anyone. I believe if you have a big range/cost factor then you could go for Blackberry pearl. if you are looking for some cheaper range then those are also available. The final verdict is upto you.

I advice you to go for SONY ERCSSON W810i if you want the phone in the range of 12000Rs to 15000Rs(for muzic n cam). you can also try NOKIA N72 from this range only. I am using neither of them but i think these phones are rokin for me.

I used to sell cell phones. It really depends on what carrier you get as to what model of phone that you can choose from. Personally I prefer Nokia or Samsung. They can take a pretty good beating and still work just fine. I had a palm Treo but there were too many glitches with it. Even though i am partial to Nokias and Samsungs, I recently purchased a Motorola Razor V3. So far i like it very much. I would recommend that one if you want a strong phone with good reception and cool features. It has bluetooth also so you can use a wireless headset with it when you are driving in the car. It has Java game capabilities so you can play cool java games on it and also download more. I like the camera on this phone. It is pretty good quality. My Treo camera was horrible so I was so thrilled when i got this phone and was able to take some good pictures finally. Check it out at your local phone store if you get a chance.
