When the internet came about, one can be very sure that it was with the best intentions. It was meant to make the rate of communication really fast where the entire world may avail of at minimal cost. Now, ways to make use of the internet has become extremely varied, what with one's limitless imagination and innovativeness. Most of us have availed of various services being offered by people and businesses through the internet. The danger though is high. Knowing that to be able to pinpoint the culprit if they are doing their wares on line, becomes time exhausting and quite intricate to go about, a lot are into it with their scam businesses. I really do not have any idea as to how to go about this in order to curb the practice. Perhaps Microsoft must come out of a way to enable anyone to pinpoint and locate these internet users immediately, questionable or not. There must be a way, too, to deal with all those very undesirable hackers which appear to be coming from everywhere in the world. The IT programmers, developers and designers (however they may call themselves) would better be into this by working ways to address the growing problem.
