Did you watch the match between Barcelona and Liverpool? Barcelona still in big trouble both in La Liga and UEFA Champions League. Good player and good coach didn't guarantee to be a good team. You know why???

harmonious relationship between each other is the most critical factor for a team,a family, a company even a the whole world to exist and develop. what they need is to have a deep communciation whit each other,no argument but deal with all these troubles peacefully. IF they unite as one, i believe ther will be no tuouble both in La liga and UFEA Champions Leagure.
