These 'writers' are driving me crazy!!! ;(

In which section should this topic be put:
"who is your favourite author?"
I think it should be in "reading" as hobby:)
Whenever I read such discussions and find that these are started in "hobbies I enjoy : writing" section, it really drives me crazy!!!! How can favourite author be related to your hobby of writing, until you want to copy him/her? If that's the definition of 'writing', I must better delete it from my interest.
Or, as I have posted so much on it, I think I've become a maniac.....

It's all a matter of each individuals opinion as to where to place discussions. Favorite Author could be added to "writing" reading" "people" etc. get my point. It's each members decision. MyLot guidelines also state to be sure to place it under the correct interest group. I look at reading and authors as being put into the same category possibly.

Thank you for telling so. Though I still don't agree with this trend but I will try to be more tolerant to the individual choice of these members. :)
