Addicted to e-mail

I was watching the national news and they reported on those who have an addiction to their e-mail. Such as checking it over adn over again, either on thier computers or blackberies. That is so me. I check my e-mail about 3-5 times a day. Lame I know. But that's where I find out about my jobs from, so I'm always on-line working on projects and checking e-mail. Does anyone else compulsively check e-mail or would admit it?
