Holy week - Great friday

What do you do in the holy week and great friday in your mother country? we have great celebrations in that week.

We actually call it 'Good Friday' here, not Great Friday. And frankly, most people in the States don't even really pay that much attention to Holy Week. They mostly just like Easter because it's an excuse to eat chocolate bunnies.
