What according to you will be th perfect time table for a normal healthy person?

What all activities should a normal healthy person should get into on daily basis and how much time he needs to spend on each one to keep himself fit, and also to have his own space to enjoy and other things in life? share your views here please

"Early to rise ( in between 4 a.m to 6 a.m) and early to bed( in between 9 p.m to 11 p.m.) makes a man healthy wealthy and wise" will automatically synchronise one's other routine daily activities as per standard norm.
