Is it enough to just have talent in today's world to be like Bill Gates?

Wat goes into making of a "Bill Gates"? Is it just sheer talent or a large number of other qualities like persevarance, hard work, certitude, will power etc..Today's youth wants fast money and is not willing to wait for his hardwork to bear fruits. Talent aside, the fact that 'hardwork conquers all' is still the only tried and trusted method to reach to ur goals according to me... Wat say friends? Comment

Let's not put the cart before the horse; It's the idea that comes first,a vision and an undying belief in yourself and that's where the genus lies. When I was about sixteen or so I was lying in bed and thought wouldn't it be great to create a place for the masses to change the oil in their cars.At that time the law was beginning to require pits to be filled and Hydraulics Lifts to be installed do to fire and carbon monoxide concerns (read conspiracy). So Guess what? I let the IDEA slip through my fingers. Once all the repair shops had their Hydraulics installed somehow it apparently became o.k. to have pits again.THANK YOU Jiffy Lube et.al.If you've got an IDEA and BELIEF in yourself that's where the talents going to come from. GO FOR IT!!!

i think talent is the base or the basic quality needed in today's world to be successful...... but luck has a major part if at all u were to rise to the heights that bill gates has attained........never the less enjoying what u do also plays a vital role to decide ur success
