ignition problem

I have a 1990 2.9l ranger. It won't dissengage the starter after starting. I have replaced the starter, ignition tumbler,and selinoid. It must be the ignition switch right? but where is it? I bought what my local parts depot, but it doesn't match any part I can find on the truck-
