Have you been measuring? I've been on a diet too, but I don't lose pounds every week. With a change in diet, and increased activity your muscles tend to change and tighten which won't effect your weight. It would be good to find a tape measure and measure yourself. I PROMISE you are loosing something you just don't know!!

Thanks poetalker...I have heard that the water in your body is different each day.But with drinking only water I pee every 15 min lol how can there be any water in me.Thanks for your last sentence. With my chin up high I will just continue with the diet and stop weighting myself so much...:)

Well, drinking water is great and all but if your not exersicing than your only gaining more water weight. The purpose of drinking water in a diet, is so that when you exersice you sweat out your old water (letting out toxins from your body) and the new water replaces it. This is why you feel more energetic & your skin gets healthier. So make sure you are exersicing!!

Are you working out along with your diet? If so then you may not really be at a stand still. You could be adding muscle and muscle weighs more than fat. If you just keep at it will you loose more fat but still gain muscle. If you are working out if you stretch out before and after your works out then that will make you muscles long and lean not bulky.Unless you are going for bulky. Hope it helps.
