When will this mess that was this womans life ever finish. What kind of lunatic judge awards custody of a dead womans body to an infant daughter? As for ANS mother, how dare she be sticking her hand up wanting custody of the baby, shes already screwed up one daughters upbringing, why should she get a chance to ruin another life.

I saw the verdict, he wanted her to be buried next to her son. My parents wants to be buried next to my brother. The judge's ruling is right, that way either side can't sit there and say it's not fair, or I won this battle. I just think a lot of men are saying they are the baby's daddy to get her money. I pray that the true father comes out and he's not a greedy SOB. As for her mother, we really don't know how her mother really was except for that man has said about her. Anna is gone. Her body should have been buried a long time ago.

Its just a sad state of affairs when a judge has to decide what a loving family should do.

Well, as for Judge Seidlin... I had to go before him with some of my clients as he was a juvenile judge before he was a judge for Anna Nicole. While he was the juvenile judge, I sat in his courtroom for several hours watching him attempt to be judicial. All I can say is he leaves a lot to be desired. He kept asking the attorneys if he could make certain rulings because he didn't know. He even asked the juvenile probation officer about how to do something that he should have known. I feel a little afraid of saying this lest I have to before him again should I go back to work in Florida, but this judge is an idiot! I hated going in front of him, and heaven forbid he sitting on the bench presiding over shelter hearings. Any other judge would have been better at this than Judge Seidlin.

Believe it or not, judges are elecgted in Florida. I don't remember Seidlin running, but either he had a good following or the other one running was just not worth a vote. More often than not, people vote for judges based on party affiliation than platform and experience. Oy!
