Value of old Waldorf doll

I have an 8" doll in its original brown mailing box. Someone wrote "1965" in ink on the box. Doll has brown hair, eyes that open and close, arms that move and legs that bend. She is wearing a short blue dress. Pictures are available. Any ideas what she's worth?
