Should men wear engagement rings?

I read this article that talked about men wearing rings. It said that a man bought a ring for his wife to be and she got upset because men stopped hitting on her. The man was pleased but she was unhappy because he wasn't wearing one. She asked him too and he couldn't think of one reason not too. So, he went for it. Do you think that men should wear one? What is your opinion on this?

In our country India both wear engagement rings. It is a sign of love. By this ring we remember each other. It is just to strengthen the relationship. I am of the strong opinion that man should also wear engagement ring like girl. Nothing is wrong in it.

My husband and I also wear wedding bands. I think that you had a very good explanation as to why you think both should wear them.

I think that both people should wear engagemnet rings(wedding rings).I usually take mine off at home because I have kids that are in diapers and I do not want to scratch them but I wear my rings out in public.I think if people do not wear the rings then anybody could hit on them by mistake and not know they were married.I know alot of times one partner in the marriage sometimes takes the ring off to get another person and have an affair.I think that is wrong.But it happens.Some people could be allergic to the stuff that makes the ring too.So they couldnt wear one.

Yes, there are a lot of people that are allergic to jewlery. I am allergic to fake jewlery. I take mine off when I have a shower or clean. I am always afraid that I will lose it down the drain.lol. I would hate if this happened. Thay you for commenting on this topic.
